Where we ship
We ship across India from thecoaster.in, operated by Kalpatit, Mumbai. Shipping is calculated at checkout, because distance likes to have an opinion. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of a confirmed order. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During launches or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll keep you posted if it does.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes can take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier, its timeline is in their hands.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to you. If the tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, write to connect@kalpatit.com and we’ll chase it down.
Packaging
Cement is heavy and honest, so each coaster is packed to survive the journey. If anything still arrives damaged, that’s covered by our Return & Refund Policy — write to us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Wrong address & failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, or nobody is available to receive the parcel and it returns to us, we’ll reach out to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
